I. Regular Inspection and Cleaning
External Inspection: After each use, inspect the sanding machine's exterior to ensure there are no damaged or loose parts. Simultaneously, remove accumulated dust and debris from the equipment to prevent interference with normal operation.
Internal Cleaning: Regularly open the sanding machine's protective cover and clean the internal dust and debris. The dust accumulation area under the sanding belt should be frequently cleaned to avoid affecting the sanding belt's grinding effect and the equipment's heat dissipation performance.
II. Sand Belt and Grinding Wheel Maintenance
Sand Belt Replacement: When the sanding belt is worn to a certain extent, it should be replaced promptly. Choose a sanding belt that matches the original equipment to ensure grinding effect and equipment stability. When replacing the sanding belt, pay attention to adjusting the belt tension to avoid it being too tight or too loose.
Grinding Wheel Inspection: The grinding wheel is another key component of the sanding machine. Regularly check the grinding wheel's wear and tear. If obvious scratches or unevenness appear on the grinding wheel surface, repair or replace it promptly.
III. Lubrication and Maintenance
Lubricating Parts: The sanding machine's transmission and sliding parts require regular lubrication to reduce wear and friction. Use the lubricant specified in the equipment manual and lubricate according to the specified cycle.
Electrical System Maintenance: Regularly inspect the sanding machine's electrical system, including the motor, wires, and switches. Ensure that the electrical components are well-connected and show no damage or aging.
